We started working for Medanta in last quarter of 2023. After working on a few proposals, they zeroed down an O&M transaction on in Pitampura in Delhi around mid of 2024. This is a 7.5 Acres hospital site with built-up area of 1.8 million sqft, which can accommodate around 1250 beds with a world class infrastructure. 1st phase will be delivered in 2 years and will be operational by end of 2027. 2nd phase will be delivered in next two years. The entire project will be operational by end of 2030. Our dedicated team has been involved throughout the process of technical and legal proceedings. We thank Team Medanta for the opportunity and faith on our team. We look forward to work on more locations for them.

We have been sincerely working for Cloud Nine since 2023. We have provided a standalone building of 25000 sqft on lease to Cloud Nine Hospital in Dwarka-Delhi. This is a Greenfield project,  and will be delivered in March 2025. We have been actively involved throughout the construction, legal and liasioning process. We look forward to provide more such buildings to Cloud Nine.

We had worked for Aakash Institute to open their centres in Dwarka. We came forward with multiple options in Dwarka and finalized 3 prominent standalone buildings on lease. Now we are working for Noida and other locations in Delhi-NCR.

Being a start-up company in 2012, Chaayos was eagerly looking forward for good locations in Delhi. We had provided them 3 major locations for their stores. We are still in touch with the team and working for their expansion

This was the 1st brand in our kitty. We provided them kiosks and small outlets in Gurgaon. Mainly in corporate parks and metro stations.

We provided 1 lac sqft of warehouse to our esteemed client Vijay Sales. We took forward to them a strategically located ready warehouse in Mukundpur on Ring Road in Delhi. Which they found to be very convenient for supplying goods to Vijay Sales stores in Central Delhi, North-West Delhi and Noida . They took a quick decision and we did the transaction smoothly to handover the possession after paper works. Also we have provided showrooms in Sector-29, Gurugram & Dwarka in Delhi.

We have been a part of the growth story of ANS Commerce, (now a part of Flipkart) from 15,000 sqft facility in Samalkha, Delhi to a huge 1,25,000 sqft. warehouse in Tauru, Haryana. We are still attached with them and looking forward to render our services.

Sodhi’s Supermarket is a renowned departmental store in Gurugram these days. We have worked for them in Gurgaon and successfully executed 3 transactions for them. Sector 70 (12000 Sqft), Sector 55 (7000 Sqft), Sector 49 (12000 Sqft). Also we have provided them a huge warehouse space in Sector 79 Gurugram.

There was no organized second hand car dealer in the market. We had opened the 1st store of Cars24 in Gurgaon. Then we worked with the team for doing next 8 stores. Working on their requirement we offered potential locations in Delhi-NCR. As a start-up company they opened stores very quickly, and captured the market in blink of an eye. So at their initial stage, we helped them to open 9 stores and provided them a large parking space for 1200 cars in Delhi.

We had opened the 1st store of CarDekho in Gurgaon. We worked very fast and provided 7 outlets to them in Delhi-NCR in a span of 1 year.
