We recently closed a lease transaction for the esteemed brand for their hospital facility in Pitampura-Delhi, spreading on a land of 7.5 acres and with a built-up area of approximately 12 lac sqft in total. This facility can accommodate around 1500 beds. The hospital will get operational in two phases in equal proportions. 1st phase is planned to be opened in 2 years. And the entire facility will be operational in another 2 to 3 years.
We are aggressively working for more locations throughout India including tier 2 cities. Presently we are moving towards another big project with the group. And another milestone will be achieved soon……
